I have the following form:
And two tables to populate the fields,
Table 1 - Master: has A1_name_full_FML, A1_birth, and not shown TranscriptSchoolName1
Table 2 -Transcript: has Transcript SchoolName, school address, school city, school state, school zip and school phone.
The fields are joined on TranscriptSchoolName and Transcript School Name, with add fields set on school addresses
I have set the layout to show records from master, and have changed it to show records
from Transcript. The join policy is below, I can never see the data from both tables.
The reason for the transcript table is that there are multiple schools and four different transcript request forms. Each unique to a school district.
What do I need to do to get all of the data to appear and print with each student record when it is needed?
Note: I have also set the join to match 2 fields serial number and transcript school.
