There is a new java update for OSX Lion. I installed it last night and have had no issues so far so it seems to be safe.
May be if you update your Java it can solve your problem.

There is also a recent Java update for OS X 10.6.8. Several of my clients have reported FM crashes when viewing web viewer objects. They were using SuperContainer, which released an update to their product yesterday afternoon. In their message:
SuperContainer 2.831 has been released. Due to problems with Java Update 6 for Snow Leopard and Java Update 1 for Lion (188.8.131.52), Java applets may crash in FileMaker. This crash occurs once a layout that contains an applet is opened. -360Works.
I just read http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1421 and it tells me that the latest version is Java SE 6 to 1.6.0_29. which I seem to have. However, in Java Preferences the "preferred order" showing is 64-bit and then 32-bit. Does this aorder matter?
