New Release Allegro Timeclock - Freelance Edition 3.0.


This is a turnkey time clock and billing solution for FileMaker 11. Intended for sole proprietorships or subcontactors who bill by the hour, Allegro Timeclock allows you to "punch" a virtual time clock and print invoices (or save them as pdf files). You can include adjustments for discounts or expenses on your invoices and print address labels for your clients on Dymo LabelWriter printers.


The new version includes the ability to generate invoices, a feature which many users have requested.Estimates can be optionally linked to one or more invoices.

Beta testing is now underway for Allegro Timeclock - Small Business Edition. This version of the popular time clock solution is designed to be shared on a network, using FileMaker Server 11. It includes all the features of the Freelance Edition plus the ability to track the hours of multiple employees and keep a record of your payroll. An employee can work on any open job and a job can have any number of employees. Employees see only their own upaid hours. Managers can have access to all the other features, including correcting employee errors (such as forgetting to punch in or out).
