    Crashing on Printing

    TimAnderson

One of my clients has a Mac that is crashing when printing. I have tried with a brand new file, created from a Starter Solution, as well as my solution - the results are the same. After a print command, from either a script or the menu, FileMaker with crash out. The print job is completed. The same is true if I select Save As PDF from the print dialog.

So far we have stripped out all fonts, removed all of those pesky Acrobat files that get created, removed all preferences, re-installed FileMaker. Other Macs of the same generation running the same OS are fine. Plenty of free HD space (30% ot total)

Other applications print with no problems.

The only thing I can think of that is left to try is the RAM.

Anyone have any other ideas of where we can look?

      Specifications:

Mac Pro 2.66GH quad core Xeon, 8GB RAM. OSX 10.6.8, FileMaker Pro 11.0v4

      Thanks
