I've been using FM charint since it was introduced, and I am unaware of any built-in method of displaying cahrt values at the TOP of the bars. You can concatenate the numeric value into the label at the base of the chart via a calculation rather than using a field-name label -- that's the option I've had to settle for.

Okay, I'll start learning FusionCharts today, I know it does what I want, but I have to admit I don't understand their licensing. Thanks again.
I believe you can accomplish what you want via Google Charts. Or at least I used to be able to. I have not done any work with it for a couple years now.
Sorry for my typos. I was saying that FileMaker's charting does not handle this natively.
I can't speak for FM Charts, if that is a separate program/plugin.
