There are a few FM plugins that work with Quickbooks. Another one is

I have successfully integrated a Filemaker database with Quickbooks using the Quickbooks SDK and Python. All are free to download. Depending on how many users that you have, plugins can get rather expensive. If you would need any help with Python, I could send you sample code. I have a Python script that exports invoices and customers into Quickbooks and a script that imports payments into Filemaker. The Quickbooks SDK is not too difficult to learn. In a nutshell, you create XML files of your data and send them to Quickbooks using a COM library. Also, Python is free and easy to understand. It's probably the easiest scripting language to learn.
We've been using 123sync from solutionmakers.com for 2-3 years now and it works just fine for us. We use it to post customers, invoices, and payments. We have transitioned through multiple FileMaker and QuickBooks revision levels without issue. Laura is very helpful when support is needed.
How did your Quickbooks integration go? Would love to know how it is working for your client now that it has been 2 years, or close to that since you have implemented that solution. Seems I need to do the same on my project. Any particular obstacles or challenges you would be willing to share?
