Security Issue:  Any way to hide Data Viewer from limited Privilege Sets?

Our application is using FileMaker Pro Advanced 10.0 under Windows XP SP2 --

We're using Privilege Sets to created limited privileges (i.e., hiding certain layouts, records and/or fields).

However, in testing, we noticed that a user with FileMaker Pro Advance can use the Data Viewer to monitor fields and variables from any table. This is true even if the user has limited privileges that would otherwise block viewing!!!

We are also using Custom Menus, but can't seem to find any way to suppress the 'Tools' menu.

Can any one shed some light here...

How can we suppress 'Tools' menu from FMP Adv (limited users) or disable use of Data Viewer???

Thanks
