No button to click for FileMaker Technical Network support?

Unless I am missing the obvious, I do not see a button to contact the FileMaker Technical Network support people so I will state it publically, I don't think much of the new system. I paid my subscription on August 7, 2011. The first couple of times I logged on it showed me as a paid member, now all it does is tell me how to pay and become a member. I thought it was an annual thing but I guess not. It doesn't really matter because I am out of here.
