In the Message section of Send Mail, select either Specify Field Name to add contents from one Form field into the message or Specify Calculation to calculate the message contents.
If say you had a form with two fields: Field 1 and Field 2 and wanted to send them both with as the message you could do something like Specify Calculation and then put in the calculation Field 1 & "_" & Field 2. This would send an email with message: "Contents of Field 1"_"Contents of Field 2"
I have approximately 20 fields. It will not allow me to specify more than one.
Yes but as mentioned in my original post, you can use the Specify Calculation option and then put in Field1 & " " & Field2 & " " & Field3 &...etc
If you wanted each field below each other you could use Field1 & ¶ & Field2 & ¶ & Field3 &...etc
I suggest you look here for more info on the Send Mail function: http://www.filemaker.com/11help/html/scripts_ref2.37.64.html#1029642
