I have also looked into this recently, but have not had much luck.
Unfortunately I could not find any label printers that are airprint enabled. Neither could I find any gadgets that will turn a network label printer into an AirPrint enabled printer. In addition I tried to use various iPad/iPhone apps that assist with finding printers etc but didn't come across any that FileMaker Go picked up.
So the closest thing that I thought of was that you could potentially save a PDF on the device and then find it outside FM Go and print it that way (however I think it may casue issues on the label printer due to document size), or send it through somehow to a label printer on a print server, maybe using the webviewer...Unfortunately have not had the chance to try either yet!
So I am also very interested in this...
I have found one app - it is called PrinterPro [Outside of filemaker it is a great App to have] -
as far as Filemaker Go it is not the best, however you can print by saving the records as PDF in a temp location Get(TemporaryPath) then you can view the pdf and in the top right use "Open In..." to open it is PrinerPro - then you can print it from there. This, however, is a lot of overhead as well as I have not found a way to fully script it. I also have not tried this with a label printer.
Please post if you have found anything else or any ideas!
Well I had another look around for AirPrint print servers and think I have found a few potential winners:
Windows print server: http://tinkertry.com/fingerprintforwindows/
Linux print server: http://hartlessbydesign.com/blog/view/197-airprint-with-ubuntu-1010
Mac print server: http://www.papercut.com.hk/product/ng/manual/ch-airprint-setup.html
Now the question is whether you can connect a label printer to it via the network and I think this printer would do:
So the idea is you need a machine (Windows, Linux or Mac) running an AirPrint enabled print server and a network label printer connected to it.
Unfortunately not tested though! But from the specs look's like a potential solution.

To print from my iPad to my network printer, I use this application and others have also reported success with it:

Thank you, If you can answer any of them that would be a tremendous help, any advice would be great!
