Hi All,

Please be kind as this is my first post

I am trying to import records on a Matching field. I would expect an EMPTY field in the imported file to not match and be added (as follows).

Note Record (6) in LOCAL had an EMPTY id (number) field

Importing into REMOTE from LOCAL

NOTE:

1) Update matching records in found set

2) Add remaining data as new records

Import with Auto Enter Data

Results say 5 records imported/updated zero skipped (but there are six records?)

PS: Yes I've done FIND ALLs on both tables before saving/importing databases.

Sample databases enclosed FYI.

Would you have thought this was not the expected behaviour for Update maching ADD not matching?

Thanks
