You could save a clone if you simply want to save a copy of the file which has the scripts. There is not Export for Scripts, but...
If you actually want those scripts in another existing FM file, you can Import scripts, starting in the file into which you want to move them.
The import button is at the bottom right of the Manage Scripts window, the one with the curved arrow.
Or you could just copy and paste them. After pasting make sure to go through the scripts steps and correct the table occurrences/fields, sine they most likely will be different.

Yes, copy and paste between FM files does work in scripts.
This is true of individual script steps, groups of script steps, individual scripts, and selected groups of scripts.
If there are multiple scripts, import can be faster than going back and forth to copy scripts not grouped or selected together.
