You may want to create a custom-sized "label" for printing.
I'd use the custom sized label for this, and honestly it usually means picking up a ruler and measuring it out, then add a little trial and error to tweak it and get it just right.
I just created Table and Layouts etc. to print Perforated 6-Up Sales Tags (3 accross and 2 down n 8.5" a 11" paper) for a client.
I use a Kodal ESP-7 printer that provides for borderless printing and setup the layout with 0.25" undefined margins.
I added 6 place holder rectangles cover the safe print area with a smaller rectangle inside for safety margin.
Tags 1 - 3 are accoss the top and Tags 4 - 6 are on the bottom.
The Label table has 30 fields, 5 fields for each Tag.
The data is populated by scripts to each label by Page and Tag number with Records 1-6 representing page 1 tags 1-6, and records 7-12 representing page 2 tags 1-6, etc. through end.
IDAutomation has a free Barcode - You may need there Barcode Reader at $119.00
