If I've read your question correctly, your customer has FileMaker Server, not FileMaker Server Advanced (FMSA). FMSA is required to share a database via the internet, that and a server with web services enabled (Apache, IIS, etc.).
To clarify, see the comparison page:
please tell us what technologies you are using! IWP, hosted for remote, CWP, ODBC sharing??

its FMS in windows server 2003 , yah unfor Instant Web Publishing only in filemaker server advance , i have static ip address want know if there any other way share app throw iwp like same in filemaker pro??
throw link "
PHP Web Publishing
if that mean i can convert my FM application in php paegs??
I am afraid that there are som misunderstandings in the communication here.
- You can share your existing FileMaker Server based solution to your clients via the internet. Just make sure that your clients has FileMaker Pro installed. Open up port 5300 in your Firewall and ask your IT/Firewall people to nat from an external IP number to the one used for the FileMaker server. Now you can access filemaker server from filemaker clients on the internet.
- You can also share your FileMaker solution via webbrowsers. Here you will have to choose between two methods: Using Custom Web Publising and do the coding with PHP/HTML or using Instant Web Publishing (here you will need FMSA).
Will it be OK for you to let the clients have FileMaker Pro installed (thereby avoiding writing php and other code)?
Or do you want webaccess for everybody without FileMaker Pro?
thanx alot carsten for ur great info , i did something with my app and make it as executable file
and i will share shortcut to many FileMaker pro users , in that case how many concurrent users can login in my app at same time ? and if there way to connect it with my filemaker server??
" dont have FMS advance "
Not sure what the "something" is... but that could be a runtime. Be aware that runtimes are for individual use only, they can not connect to a filemaker server. So every user will have their own copy of the whole data base and no data will be shared.
opss sorry XD i mean with something thow "developer utilities " in filemaker advance then export my application as executable file...
Wim is right, sudqi2. You cannot use developer utilities to make an "executable" AND share files it with FileMaker Server. Carsten is also correct with the server/client or server/web publishing.
There are several very good guides on what will work and what won't.
okii its clear now with filemaker server thanks all for help , my last thing now with this execute file if i make shortcut "like in image above " and share it with other users have filemaker pro how many users can use my application in concurrent. " filemaker pro -filemaker pro"
in my application i make many users and remove defult login as admin from file option..
Only 1, the user that has it open. There i NO sharing with a runtime.
