I was happy to see that FileMaker Pro 12's interactive containers work with PDF files,
but I was disappointed to find they don't work with multi-page TIFF files.
So what's the current solution for using multi-page TIFF files with FileMaker 12?
We brought over 50,000+ TIFFs from an old document management system into FileMaker. This was originally done in v11 and then brought over to v12. I have not found a way to make the TIFFs interactive in the container field.
What i've done as a workaround is setup a button saying "view doc" that is attached to a script that will export the container contents to a temporary location and open it with default TIFF viewer.
My solution is to split the TIFFs, convert to PDF, and then import. Hassle.
I thought Acrobat could import a multipage TIFF all at once.

Just to be clear. When you say a multi page tiff is this a single file tiff file with multiple pages or is a mulitpage document consisting of multiple single page tiffs?
With MBS Plugin's picture functions you can easily load the tiff and split it into multiple pictures.
And put each page in it's own container. Or just loada given page by index into a container as JPEG for preview.
