Good day. One of my cohorts in IT here has a .NET application that pulls data from a few FM databases over ODBC, and we're seeing an apparent change in how FileMaker parses date formats in submitted queries since we upgraded from Server 10 to Server 11. Not sure if it's a function of Server itself or the new ODBC driver, but it appears that the only acceptable date format is DD/MM/YYYY, where it used to accept YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS (i.e., standard timestamp format). Is that correct, or are we missing something? Is there a way to parse out the dates being submitted to the driver to allow it to behave as it used to, or do I need to have the .NET folks write a transformation to reformat the dates they're submitting (which will not make them happy)?
