Do the files show to be Open in the Server Admin Console? If so, is the "Pro" box checked to make sure FileMaker Pro clients can open the files? Do you have the server set so that you only see files that your account has access to? Those are the first few places I would check.
Could be a few different things.
1) Are the files actually open for sharing? Check to see that the fmapp extended privilege is enabled on at least one account.
2) Are the files being hidden? Look in the Admin Tool, and if the little burger dot is halfway filled, it means the file is hidden for that type of sharing.
3) Are the files actually open on the server? Check their status in the Admin Tool.
Look those over, and let us know what you find.
And does the Privilege Set for the user accounts have the fmapp extended permission option turned on for that group of accounts?
Servers can be set to only show files to which the user has access via their account.
It was a setting of the server that was blocking acess. Thanks.
