That particular issue was fixed in the FileMaker Pro/Advanced 11.0v2 update which "Addressed an issue when saving a PDF from FileMaker onto Windows 2003 & 2008 server the files were created without Domain Admins and Domain Users". The FileMaker Pro 11.0v3 Updater includes the fixed in 11.0v2 so you should ensure all Windows users are on 11.0v3.
Thanks for that information. I have been very particular in making sure the v3 patch was installed as it fixed the print line being split between 2 pages bug.
Unfortunately this user received a new computer I did not know about and the IT Department did not install the patch.

You might want to add some validation to that script or the solution startup script that uses the Get(ApplicationVersion) function to ensure that 11.0v3 is installed at the time.
