Give this a read, http://help.filemaker.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5493/~/cannot-see-hosted-database maybe it will point you in the right direction. Bonjour just might be the problem, it should be running as a service on your server machine.

Thank for the info, turns out it was a firewall issue on the server side.
