I have an FM11 runtime solution that a user is constantly getting the "FileMaker Pro Runtime has stopped working" error and then the solution quits.
The user is trying to run the solution on Windows 7.
I ask him to send me the crash report, so I can look at it, but he says there is no crash report.
Where can I find one, if there is any?
How do you even START to look for a solution to this problem?
I had another user who has a smiliar problem. His crash report named the fault module name as: IE, so I was able to tell him to reinstall Internet Explorer and this fixed the problem.
