I just wanted to let everyone know that School Automation Suite will soon be available in FM12.  At that time, we will be allowing FREE access to our PHP code and one of our solutions (Events) as a FREE solution to be used by K-12 school administrators. You will only need to register via our website.  This EVENTS solution will allow public and staff events to be posted quickly and easily on the web.  The public events will be seen by everyone who logs onto your school's website and the private events will only be viewed by those of the school staff.

The web code is easily readable and “plain” PHP, it does not contain any of the enhanced web technologies. If you have ever wondered exactly how to have a FileMaker database web enabled,  this  gives you the opportunity to learn and expand it to fit your needs. Can I get help ? The answer is yes, by email, to any aspect of the program itself, but we cannot teach you PHP or answer questions of a more general nature. The forum is the place for this.

School Automation Suite is a web based solution (5 administrative programs in all) for all who use it (teachers, principals, staff) and the administration use it via FileMaker to manage.  It is a solution that can be hosted internally or by a hosting company.  It is easily 'hooked' into your school's website by your IT department. The School Automation Suite can be purchased outright or leased monthly (including hosting). It normally does not allow changes to most modules without developer passwords, but this is subject to negotiation.

We are also interested in talking to other K-12 developers who may wish to resell or integrate the School Automation Suite into their own product.

Visit and either download a demo version of our School Automation Suite or take an online test drive.
