    Help with Summary Reporting... greatly appreciated..

      I created a report with sub-summaries, which works great... this is to keep control of Insurance Policies, according to plan, and company:

       

      COMPANY A

      PLAN 1

      POLICY X

      POLICY Y

      POLICY Z

      PLAN 2

      POLICY XX

      POLICY YY

      COMPANY B

      ETC...

       

      When I do a find, to narrow down the number of policies, say for plan 2, it works great... but when I hit the button SHOWALL in the status toolbar, it comes back with all the records without sub-summary headings:

       

      POLICY X

      POLICY Y

      POLICY Z

      POLICY XX

      POLICY YY

       

      ... so I have to hit Sort again, before it shows the sub-summary headings again... is there something I can do so I don't loose the sub-summary headings when I hit the SHOWALL button??
