It's possible, if you have separate records for entry and for exit.
Alternatively, you could use a script to assemble the two sub-summary series and write the report into a global text field.

I am not sure how to assemble the two sub-summary series into one report. Do you have any examples you could point me towards?
Roughly: sort the records by month of Entry Date, then loop among the groups and write down the count of each group. Next, sort by month of Exit Date and do the same. Finally, write out the counts to a global field, row by row (i.e. month & tab & count of entries & tab & count of exits & return).
Search the web for the "Fast Summaries" method to see how to loop among groups.

That is a new one to me, but I think I can make it work here and probably with some other reports that I have be struggling with....
