I'd check the Knowledge Base to see if there are any postings about that Java update.
Things that can often fix a "broken" admin console...
- Clear the Java cache
- You may need to create new applications for each of your servers - go to the IP address of the server, port 16000
Can't find anything current (as in update 11) in the Knowledge Base.
"Fix" isn't ideal unless there's a known defintie resolution.
Was hoping someone on the list knew the current status.
