    Automatically closing databases in Server

Is there a way, through a batch file or other scripting method, to close the databases running on FileMaker Server 11 before shutting down the server (Windows 2008 Server)? I'm looking for a way to cleanly close things down automatically when our UPS is running out of power and is going to shut the server down. We're a 24/7 shop, but don't have technical staff on hand 24/7 to deal with things like this.

My apologies if this is covered elsewhere, but I couldn't find anything.

      Thanks for any input.
