Windows printing problem

I'm not all that familiar with Windows, so maybe there's an easy answer here...

A couple of Windows-using clients are having problems with printing or saving PDFs from FMP12 for Windows. What seems to be happening is: a field is set with sliding turned on, everything looks fine in Preview mode, but when the user prints or saves a PDF, the result uses a different font than the one on screen, and since the field has shrunken to the size of the data based on the screen font, the contents of the field are cut off on the printout/PDF. Turning off sliding allows all the data to show, but that isn't always a good solution aesthetically...

Is there a way to make PDFs/printouts use the font that's on the layout? I think that would solve the problem. Or is there another solution to this?
