when making a purchase order for raw material to a supplier, I'm use the automatic "send mail" command, where immediately my mail is being prepared and sent to the right person in one mouseclick.
The purchase order is attached in pdf format / however I would also like to always attach my general purchasing conditions, but aswell some documentation on the project.
This can be 1, 2 or 3 additional seperate docs, depending on the selection the user made).
Is this possible with FM12 to have multiple attachments automatically attached to my mail?
Additional question : when making the PDF, it is saved in a certain path. When attaching it later on, that path needs to be re-built-up in the "send mail" command... Somehow I have the feeling that there should be a far more easy way to do this... e.g. making the pdf and immediately sending it into a mail. Am I wrong?
