802 error after completing backup

Have a situation where every day, after backups and consistincy checks complete, the FM 12 server starts giving 802 errors. Literally, the first error was 2 seconds after the "Schedule completed" line in the logs, and continues until the db server is restarted. Already had keys replaced because of the concurrent CWP/IWP key issue on early versions of FM12.


Any idea why this might be, or where I should start looking?
