I try to install FileMaker server pro advance 12 but error on xalan.jar file.
I have installed FM 12 on 10.7 and 10.8 successfully on a number of machines, but they have always been Mac Server OSs. I would suspect that it would work better if you would first upgrade to the Server version before installing FMS 12. Another possibility is that your DMG is corrupt since it seems to be failing on multiple machines. I suggest you download it again. See if that helps.
Which OS and what version? It looks like a Mac. Is it Mountain Lion, Lion, Snow Leopard? Is it a Server version or just a client version of the OS? What version of Java do you have on it?
I run Mac Xserver, OS is Lion server 10.7.5. I ever install FMS 11 before but I uninstalled already. I can't find Java on my server. What is that?
Java is a common programming language used on the web and is what runs the FileMaker Server's Admin Console. It is also one of the most hacked programming languages and Oracle has been issuing a patch every week or two for several months now. It has become a real headache for many people including us. Is this server dedicated to FileMaker and nothing else on it? If so, I would just do an upgrade to Mountain Lion and install Java 7 from Oracle (http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp). I'm pretty sure it will work then.
Xalan is an xml parser and for whatever reason can't get installed. I am not sure of the reason, but one possibility is the account you are using to install doesn't have sufficient permission to write to the required directory. A Google search didn't return any hits for your particular error. Perhaps Bev or Martin could contribute ideas....

I have tried out with three Macs already.
Note: All user accounts are in the Admin so they have permission to do most of the jobs in Mac.
Very appriciated for the reply above and next after.
Not FM, I have problem with FileMaker Server Advanced trial.
My apologies... I meant to say I have succerssfully installed FileMaker Server Advanced on these machines successfully. I have not done the trial.
Are you sure the server trial is Advanced?
.... and just to be a pedant....
Mac OSX 10.8 has a separate app for server.... as I discovered recently when I got my new Mac Mini.
It really is a vast improvement to OXS Server 9... ;-)
I have downloaded the trial version for testing, file name is fms_trial_220.127.116.11a.dmg and MD5 value is d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e . I try to download two time already and I got the same MD5 value.
Could anyone try to download the trial check the MD5 and install on the Mac like me?
