A couple of ideas. Kerio have released a number of APIs and have a developer zone at http://www.kerio.com/developers where you might be able to find someone to help. We originally had hoped to have the time to get involved with Kerio's betatesting programme and try to integrate Kerio Connect and FileMaker address books, but our Citrix cloud hosting business has taken priority and we've pretty much abandoned that plan for now.
Another less technical idea is to use Apple Contacts or Microsoft Outlook as 'middleware' as both of these can be linked easily to Kerio Connect to send and receive updates from the Kerio address books. There are various Apple/Windows third party tools to link FileMaker to these applications which might allow you to achieve your goal.
All the best
I would like to try that out.
Just tried it. Nice idea, but it crashes my FMPA, so not too impressed at first...
Yup mine to. Crashes
