Java Kills Server Admin

So sick of Java

 

I have a Mac Mini running 10.6.8, FMSA (Developer) 12.0v3

 

I have applied all updates and it has been running fine until yesterday evening.

 

Something happened - NOT a Java update - and I can no longer start the Server Admin Console.

 

At one point I had attempted to install 12.0v4 but I got a message that is was incompatible and the install did not complete.

 

I am able to use the command line to control fmsadmin features and I am able to open served files.

 

The web features (IWP, PHP) were working before but they are not working now.

 

 

I want my server admin console back!

 

When I attempt to use 127.0.0.1:16000 absolutely nothing happens.

 

In the past I have also been able to launch Server Admin for the mini on other devices such as an iMac.

 

Now when I do that, I get "Unable to launch application" and the following details:
