Filemaker 12 Bonjour Service Error Log

I have a user 7Pro 64bit. When he connects via SSLVPN to our network and then does and open remote he can see the server as well as the hosted files. When he clicks on a hosted file and chooses open you see the java cup and then the spinning circle. After 10 seconds or so the cursor comes back and it is like you didn't even try to open a file. Below is the error log that is created.

Steps I have used to see if I could get it to work:

Disabled Firewall

Reinstalled Bonjour

Logged in as a different user

Logged into VPN as a different user

Out of Ideas.
