Go To Layout - Invoices
Perform Find (find your invoices)
Go To Record - First
Set Variable - $path = "file:" & get(temporarypath) & invoices::invoicenumber & ".pdf"
Save records as PDF - $path
Send Email - Send to invoices::emailaddress - calculate attachment as $path
go to record - next - exit after last
Save Records as PDF is what you're looking for.
Note that it is not compatible as a server scheduled script.
Will this not print all the records instead of just one record at a time?
Part of the "save as PDF" script step lets you specify that you want to PDF the "current record" only, NOT all records in the found set.
This script will loop through each record, save the PDF to a temporary location, then use that temporary location to attach the PDF to an outbound email. It cycles through all records of your found set individually.
