write a script.
Use the "perform find" script step to find the records you need to export.
Use the "export records" script step to export those records.

Shouldn't it have been done in "Integration - Sharing Data With Other Programs". Too much ends up in General... making it very difficult to sift thru if you are looking for something.
I'm not quite sure it's an integration though. To tell you the truth I generally ignore the top level forums unless I'm actually posting a new discussion myself.
