This problem may have been reported before, but I haven't been able to find a solution. It has only been affecting me since I updated to v 12.04. This is the error message that Windows 7 is generating:

The problem occurs whether the user does it manually or it is saved by a script. I noticed that if I run Advanced System Care (freeware version) -- an app that fixes registry errors, and allow it to fix the errors it finds, and immediatelty run FileMaker again, Save to PDF runs properly. However, the problem returned the next time I restarted my system and opened FileMaker. With no more info about what might be causing the problem, I have to suspect that FMA 12 is doing something that Windows doesn't like (probably when you shut it down).
