I would expect there to be a launch daemon under /library/launch daemons and probably something under /library/launchAgents
delete and logout would be worth a try
How about creating an external boot drive with Mountain Lion on it and uninstalling from there.
Why don't you go to security preferences in Mavericks and click on the button that allows any application to run? I had to do that and it worked.

Thanks for this tip. That did the "trick" on trick or treat day.

I just had the same issue with trying to uninstall Filemaker Server 12 under Mavericks. The old installers no longer run, and thus the uninstall options from the installer cannot be used.
It would be great if Filemaker came up with a solution for this.
Same problem here: every time I launch the Filemaker Server 12 installer so I can uninstall it, it immediately crashes.
I solved this problem by manually deleting FileMaker Server 11 files which are in the Library Folder, inside the FileMaker Server folder. The key however, is to also go to the
launch daemon under /library/launch daemons and deleting the com.filemaker files.
Then restart the computer and try running the installer again. This worked for me.

Thanks. That's what I ended up doing.
Too late I discovered "FMS 12 Uninstaller" in "Library/Application Support/FileMaker/FileMaker Server/"
