How to uninstall FM Server 11 on Mavericks?

I need to uninstall FileMaker Server 11 on Mavericks. The normal way to do this is bring up the installer and use the uninstall command. However, on Mavericks, the installer for Server 11 won’t come up. It quits and won’t reopen.

I have tried to delete the Server files from the Library, but it still thinks that FileMaker Server 11 is installed.

When I have tried using the Terminal Command: sudo launchctl stop com.filemaker.fms or fmsadmin stop server

this does not work.

Since, Mavericks is not compatible with FM Server 11, how can I uninstall it?

Any help would be appreciated.
