Thanks for the link Mike, but I just wanted to point out that the future update (Java 7 update 51) will not allow the admin console to run unless they update the JAR. It works fine for now. ;-)

The warning being thrown by Java is different than the "untrusted app"
message that OS X sends, as OS X will allow you to override its warning
and still run the app. The Java error implies that this will not be
possible with future Java versions.
Sounds like FileMaker needs to do something about their code to resolve
