Please excuse me I'm new to Filemaker 12.
This is what I would like to do:
I have created a product date list and each product has a purchase cost.
I then add additional items (Costs) to the product which increases the original cost of the product.
So what I would like to display is the COST in a seperate field which changes as I add additional costs.
1. basically I have one box where I enter the "Original Price".
2. and I have 10 x cost boxes.
3. As I add a cost in each of the above 10 x "Csot boxes" I want the total in the "Original Price" box to change adding the "original Price" to the 10 "Cost boxes" as these are added to.
Hope that explains it?
Original Price $300 (But it changes as cost boxes 1 - 10 or filled in)
