instead of subtracting.

Instead of have two IF statements, have one IF statement with this :-
If [ $privN = "[Full Access]" or $privN = "ME_Admin" ]
Another option to consider is the use of extended privileges. You can create one that describes the function you're performing and attach any number of privilege sets to it. Then, instead of testing for all the privilege sets, you just test for the extended privilege.
That way, if you ever add another privilege set, you can simply add the extended privilege to it and not have to worry about trolling through your code to make sure that the new privilege set has been added.
