You can us an AutoEnter Calculation or Lookup. Or you coudl script a trigger on exit to set those values.
Thanks for the reply. I am trying to use the lookup function, but for some reason, can't get it to display the field. I have set the options on the field to look up and chose the proper tables and fields.
Here is my question, if the look up field is going to another table and pulling the data from a calculation, will this still work.
IT should pull a Calculation. Are you sure the the relationship is correct and not based on a calculated field that cant be indexed? How many conidtions need to be met for the relationship? You might need to set the field if you have created a relationship with many requirements.
Not sure anymore, lOL. I'm really pulling my hair out now over this. This should be real easy, and I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. Are there any video tutorials out there on setting up the lookup function and how to build the correct relationship?
