I think this is done by using FileMaker Pro Advanced to enable Kiosk mode on the file... Make sure you provide a way to exit the file though - e.g. A quit button that uses the 'Exit Application' script step....
You can't. They are just there. Maybe in FMGo 13?
I've just checked it again, and 'Enabling Kiosk Mode for non-admin accounts' using FMP Advanced certainly does remove the bar on top the keyboard... I've tried it in FMP Advanced 12 and 13, and FMGo 12 & 13... I also tried in v11, but it didn't work.....
See attached 2 demo files.... In both cases, there are two user accounts: 'Admin' with Full Access, and 'user' with 'Data-Entry' priviledges.... The file automatically logs in as user and runs a 'startup' script which checks which platform is being used... If it is not iOS, then the file re-logs in as the admin account - useful for development of the iOS version while using FMP... btw, I am using Mac..... Otherwise the file opens on iOS using the 'user' account and as it is a non-admin account it uses kiosk mode which removes all toolbars..., including the one that appears above the keyboard for field navigation, ragardless of whether or not a tab order has been set up on the layout...
Hope this helps :-)
