Just open it in a browser and print it to PDF?
You can't really adjust the DDR as it comes out of filemaker.
Also, another option is to get a DDR reader, such as Beezwax Inspector (great product BTW) that will parse the XML data into a nice readable report.
Thanks for your reply, print to pdf from a browser misses all kind of links, Beezwax looks great but a bit over my buget but will look for a DDR reader which is free.

You can always roll-your-own XML parser for the DDR data, even in Filemaker. It all depends on how much time you have and how ambitious you are!
Well, you could load the DDR in a webviewer in FileMaker and use our MBS Plugin functions for webviewer on Mac OS X to render a PDF of the website shown in the webviewer.
Thanks guys for the replies, but i needed somewhat simpler, i have used an online html to pdf service from pdfcrowd an that was enough for me. Even the links in the html work in Acrobat.
