ISO 8601 Date Format YYYY-MM-DD

Hi,

I think this may well have been answered in other threads, however I'm looking for a bit of step-by-step guidance (very new to Filemaker...).

I have an Excel sheet including 2 columns with date by ISO 8601 format - YYYY-MM-DD.

I have imported my sheet into Filemaker and the contents of the field now read DD/MM/YYYY. I am trying to change this back to the YYYY-MM-DD format, but have no idea what to do...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
