Record not showing on client

Hello

 

We have an odd problem, that started after upgrading from FileMaker Pro 8 to FileMaker 12

Our Configuration:

1 Server Mac Mini OS X 10.9, with 256 GB SSD, running FileMaker Pro 12.0.5.503

2 Clients Mac Mini OS X 10.9, with 256 GB SSD, running FileMaker Pro 12.0.5.503

 

The Database on the Server is splitt up into two files, a Data File with all the tables and a Layout File with all the Layout, Scripts etc.

The connection to the Data File is made.

 

The problem occurs on a table with no relations to other tables, it's for logging events with the following fields:

Date (automatically filled at creation, indexed)

Timestamp (automatically filled at creation)

Name (Text field, indexed)

Issue (Tex field)

 

The problem:

Client A & B make some records

Once in a while (about once a week) a record made by client A is not showing on client B, but is showing on the server.

Only after closing FileMaker on client B and reopening it the record shows up

 

Any suggestions?
