Really like the new licensing from FileMaker, especially since FileMaker Go is now free. I would like to make a suggestion to improve the licensing. How about a new free product called "FileMaker Personal" for personal computers users. This new product would be freely distributable and allow users full functionaly to access server hosted databases. Users of this new product would not be able to create or modify databases, just have access to server hosted databases and all the services the server is licensed to provide. All cost would be to the server owner who pays for a maximum number of concurrent users, this could be as small as 2 or three or up to whatever limit the creators of FileMaker feel comfortable with.
Just food for thought.
