Issue with ESS Connection to MS SQL

    msawyer

I cannot get the ESS connection to stop prompting for a user name and password. This was not always the case.

      Server is 2008 R2 64 bit, FMS 12.05 and FMS13 clients.

Just upgraded the client to FMS 12 from FSM 11 and both the 32 bit DSN and the 64 bit DSN exhibit the same problem.

DSN has been set up correctly, though it always prompts for a password when you go back to it.

The External Data Source set up has the User Name and Password, this has been confirmed a number of times.

Don't have this problem with MySQL.

The SQL is hosted with an outsourced company. Could there be a setting at their end.

Is there a way of scripting the connection on startup?
