    I am in New Zealand and cannot renew my membership because the commerce server insists that I live in Australia




      My membership expires soon. My profile details are correct and show that I live in New Zealand.


      When I click on the 'Renew' button, I get to a page where my address details are incorrect: it tries to force me to pick an Australian state, but I am in New Zealand.


      If I try to change country, it empties the shopping basket, so I cannot continue the purchase.
