Saving fms13_settings.settings via Admin Console on Mac Server

I have a number of Mac Servers (OS X 10.8 and 10.9) running FileMaker Server 13. When in the Admin Console, I can click on the Server button to "Save Schedules and Groups". When I do this, I never get a prompt for where to save the file and I get a dialog box saying how many schedules and groups were saved. It doesn't say where to though and never prompts me.

I checked the FileMaker Help at: http://help.filemaker.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/12069/~/saving-and-loading-schedules-and-groups-in-filemaker-server-13

The Help tells me that a file named fms13_settings.settings is saved in the default browser downloads folder. I am using the latest version of Saferi, 7.0.1, and I check the downloads folder and nothing is there. I check Safari's recent downloads and it is not listed to have downloaded. I then searched me entire had drive for something with the name "fms13_settings" and it finds nothing.

How do I eave this XML file so that I can find it in Finder? Thanks.
