Check which template was used to create the file. FileMaker Inc released corrected files for some of the templates which were corrupted back in July 2013, see:
I used Assets. and this is V5 so it should have corrected templates anyway. I feel I have done all the usual debug stuff. Now i really just need someone with the same setup to see if the same thing happens to them. Its not realted to the template anyway. It happesn with any file even a new one from scratch.
What version of Adobe Acrobat?
From my experience you should be using AdobePDFViewer V11 (or the latest version). You can get varied results from OS X 10.9 if you aren’t using at least V11.
Whatever is the latest with adobe cloud. I am not sure that is even relevant but I would be interested if some had it working in same setup but no acrobat
