Spotlight not searching contents of FileMaker Server/HTTPServer/htdocs/ folder

I've noticed that since I upgraded to FileMaker Server v13 on Mac OS 10.9.2 I can't do a spotlight search on the contents of the files in the

/Library/FileMaker Server/HTTPServer/htdocs/

folder. I often need to search the contents of my php pages for some sample code that I've used before, and previously I've been able to do this when my php pages were located at:

In the Spotlight Privacy tab I do have this directory included to prevent searching:

/Library/FileMaker Server/Data/

which I've always had excluded. I've tried adding the htdocs folder to the Privacy list then removing it but this doesn't make a difference. Spotlight will only search the filenames and not the contents of the files inside this folder.

Permissions look OK to me - anyone else able to search the contents of the htdocs folder using Spotlight with FMS v13?
